Our highly prestigious client in Leatherhead is on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual to step into the role of Accountancy Team Leader. You'll be at the forefront, guiding and inspiring our junior staff, all while maintaining unparalleled standards of precision and excellence. * Based in Leatherhead

* £45,000 - £50,000

* Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

* Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Job specification:

* Offering valuable counsel, as Accountancy Team Leader, on matters related to VAT and PAYE, delivering insightful guidance.

* Providing extensive financial support and guidance to startups throughout their financial evolution, ensuring they receive essential assistance every step of the way.

* An excellent Accountancy Team Leader will pioneer the adoption of state-of-the-art accounting and computerised financial systems.

* Supervising and evaluating management accounts for both UK-based and multinational companies.

* Overseeing financial reporting for diverse entities within the UK.

* Nurturing your team's development through training, evaluations, and mentorship.

Person specification:

* Recent acquisition of an Accountancy qualification.

* Robust interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills.

* Thorough understanding of Management Accounting.

* As Accountancy Team Leader, you should embrace collaborative success and add value to the overall workplace ambiance.

* Capability to assign tasks and mentor junior colleagues.

* Exceptional proficiency in IT.

* Ability to cultivate and manage client relationships.
