What will you be doing?
• You will be overseeing the delivery of planned off the job learning and e-learning,
• Delivering in house training sessions,
• Coordinating all training on site,
• Planning and managing the L&D plan,
• Working with internal stakeholders to understand the training requirements.

What you'll need:
• Level 3 Diploma in Learning & Development/HR equivalent,
• Experience covering technical and development training,
• Experience supporting a team to implement strategies and initiatives,
• Good communication & organisational skills.
