O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Finishing Manager for a commercial project in Haydock. The candiate must be able to supervise the finishing aspects of the project, snagging and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard.
Role:
Work alongside Site Manager & Site Team.
Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion.
Prepare necessary snag lists.
Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors.
Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards.
Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team.
Reporting to the Site Manager on Health & Safety, site logistics, progression of work.
Requirements:
As a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager you will ideally come from a trade’s background and have a minimum 3 years experience carrying out a similar role.
Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
