Job Title: Enterprise architect
Location: Brussels, Belgium (On Site)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Long term assignment
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team in Brussels for a critical long-term project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise-level information systems, with specific expertise in IBM technologies and Agile methodologies.
Mandatory: Master’s degree of 5 years + minimum 18 years' experience in the IT area (including several years’ experience as an Enterprise architect)
Responsibilities
Create business architecture models that reflect the organisation’s strategies and goals.
Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.
Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
Map business requirements to the features/capabilities of the Case Management Framework.
Define configuration and customisation strategy and approach, ensuring their efficient management and reusability.
Support the customisation and development of the case management solution according to the European Commission needs.
Advise on interoperability and integration of the Case Management Framework with other information systems.
Participate in pertinent meetings.
Produce the relevant documentation.
Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM).
Specific Expertise (MANDATORY)
Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems.
IBM Case Manager.
IBM FileNet.
SQL/PL-SQL/Oracle DB.
Agile, Scrum or similar methodology.
Optional expertise (NICE-TO-HAVE)
Java/J2EE technologies and architectures.
Java tools and frameworks: Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate.
Front-end frameworks: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/Angular 2 or similar.
Web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.)
UML or similar modelling frameworks.
Languages
English MANDATORY.
Education
Master’s degree of 5 years.
Location
The services shall be performed On-site in Brussels.
