Salary: €45,000 - €55,000

Location: Frankfurt / Berlin / Koln / Dusseldorf / Essen / Dortmund / Manheim

As a leading global brand in athletic and lifestyle footwear, our client is committed to empowering individuals to move fearlessly and confidently. Throughout the years, they've not just been about selling shoes; they're about fostering meaningful connections with their customers and partners to deliver exceptional experiences.

As our client's brand Rep, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing 'lighthouse accounts', as well as supporting the Sales Manager to open doors.

Responsibilities 

Develops, in coordination with the Sales Manager, a sales plan (by account and product) for the territory.
Investigate all relevant opportunities to develop and open new doors.
Do prospection and follow prospect at least twice a season.
Forecast business seasonally (in pairs, in value by account and product).
Coordinates with the Sales Manager the most efficient coverage pattern for the territory as well as call frequency on major accounts; travels throughout assigned territory to solicit orders.
Displays or demonstrates products, using samples or catalogues and emphasises sellable features.
Quotes prices, credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of the company’s production and delivery schedules.
Make sure that products are well merchandised in our client’s stores.
Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Ready and motivated for a sales challenge.
Ideally established sales experience, preferably in the footwear industry.
Ability to assess customer needs and establish good relationships between the Company and the customer.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
