Interim Operational Technology Architect

We are looking for an Operational Technology Architect who is ready to bring their analytical, communicational and problem-solving skills and become a part of the future of technology within manufacturing environments.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that address operational processes in manufacturing environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the OT Security, automation, control systems and data management needs and come up with an architecture that matches the business objectives and strategies of our client.

Here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Information Services core team, consulting with the GIS Architecture board and Security Team to ensure compliance with security practices;
• Provide consultancy at conceptual and logical levels, optimizing alignment between technology solutions and infrastructure feasibility;
• Analyze existing OT architecture, translate requirements into practical solutions, and develop reference architectures for standard services and applications;
• Validate and approve OT designs, ensuring compliance with security requirements and proposing end-to-end solutions;
• Represent OT Architecture in governance meetings, workshops, and team meetings. Participate in technology selection and proof-of-concept activities;
• Create and validate High-Level Solution Designs, technical specifications, and runbooks. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and architectural principles;
• Advocate for process enhancements within Factory workflows, support troubleshooting Infrastructure performance issues, and collaborate with the teams to optimize OT systems for Security, performance, scalability, and stability.
