Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking an experience Quality engineer / Quality Auditor who is keen to make the step up to Deputy Quality and Compliance Manager.
The role of Deputy Quality and Compliance Manager will require extensive engineering/continued airworthiness experience.
The position includes the function of an ARC nominated person and as such is required to meet the regulatory experience requirement. With a part 66 license or engineering degree this is 5 years, without a licence or degree it is an additional 5 years (10 years in a continuing airworthiness environment)
The succesfull candidate will also be required to perform Part M and Part 145 internal audits and external vendor audits, experience in conducting/leading audits and experience with Part M /145 is highly desirable. Training can be made available for the right candidate.
Our client are a small tightknit team and are currently evolving our compliance department, flexibility and being able to work well in the team is key. There is a lot of opportunity to grow, develop and learn in this position.
