Newstaff is currently recruiting for a dynamic and skilled Chef de Partie for our client in Berkhamsted.
Immediate start for the right candidate
You must be self-motivated and have experience in a high-volume kitchen
Monday - Friday, shifts can be up to 10 hour
Some weekends will need to be worked too
Up to £30,000 starting salary
Shifts can start from 6am to late finishes

Main duties:
Participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
Has desire to be cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef Ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to relevant outlets
Ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
Ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
Ensure that all equipment/ utensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
To deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner
Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:
Health and Hygiene Policy and Procedures
Food Hygiene Regulations
Health and Safety Procedures
Current Licensing Regulations
