* Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 17:30pm
* Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Dependant on knowledge and experience Plus Quarterly Individual Bonus and Company Benefits

Sales Engineer - Leading-Edge Network and Security
This role is perfect for an engineer or commercial professional seeking to utilise their networking knowledge in a different capacity!
We are looking for an network professional that would like to have a focus on leading-edge network and security solutions, across multiple verticals and vendors. The ideal candidate will understand network architecture and design, as well as experience with the latest network and security principles.
* Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, working with Sales & Solution Consultants from an early stage of the opportunity cycle from both a technical & commercial perspective.
* Design and deliver detailed presentations and documentation both
* internally & externally that showcase your solution and benefits – either in person or over a video conferencing tool.
* Remain knowledgeable in your allotted technology vertical as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), by continuing to develop your skills and study new market data.
* Expectations for the role in 3 months is to have intermediate knowledge of the Exponential-e technologies.
* Success in this role will look like working autonomously on customer designs
What you’ll need to succeed
* Demonstratable organization, analytical, and presentation skills.
* Working knowledge in common networking principles & protocols such as:
* L2-L4 TCP/IP Stack
* Protocols such as OSPF, BGP & VRRP
* Next-Gen Firewall, IPSec & application-aware routing
* SSIDs & Authentication
