Senior Business Change Manager
Salary: Grade A - £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,139 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Home-based with regular meetings in London, Newcastle or Leeds offices

What you will bring…
To be considered as a Senior Business Change Manager, you will need:
- To be an expert and leader in business change initiatives
- Experience of leading and managing change effectively in complex and fast-moving environments
- Experience in project management approaches, tools, and the phases of project lifecycles
- Knowledge of business change techniques and methodologies
- To be a qualified APMG Change Management Practitioner
- An APM Project Management qualification
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will ensure that all change initiatives are understood across the organisation and prepare us for the impact of change.
Applying best practice change management, you will lead on the creation and implementation of change strategies and plans.
You will focus on our people and how changes impact them, ensuring business risks are mitigated, maximising employee adoption and minimising the impact on people.
Assessing business change requirements and business change activities for projects, you will review and secure resources, ensuring that projects meet objectives.
You will ensure colleagues’ adoption of the new way of working and the usage of new processes, systems and technology achieve measured improvements in business operations.
