Job Title: Senior Finance Assistant (Payables)

Location: Farringdon, London

Salary: £35,493 - £37,361

Full-Time Permanent

This role:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Assistant to join our Accounts Payable team on a full-time basis. 
- Ensuring that data is input onto the Purchase and General Ledgers accurately and on a timely basis, ensuring deadlines are met and service standards maintained.
- Ensuring all departmental records and documents are filed and maintained
- Answering calls and taking messages from colleagues
- Evaluate the Accounts payable system and liaise with your line managers to improve effectiveness
What you'll need to succeed:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Good numeracy skills
Experience supervising a team
Strong customer service skills
Good IT skills
Experience using Oracle financials or a similar finance package
Experience in planning and organizing the workload of a team
Strong reconciliation skills and an eye for detail
An affinity with the work of the Social Housing sector
