Tasks

SEO, Analytics, and Reporting
- Optimise website content for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Provide data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Website Management and Optimisation
- Oversee the management and optimisation of the company s WordPress website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement website updates, enhancements, and best practices to improve performance and conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management and leadership within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance and meet targets.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team cohesion and productivity.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, committed, results-driven, and analytical mindset.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using various marketing software and analytics tools.
