We're expanding our team at Teaching Personnel and are currently seeking passionate individuals to join us as Teaching Assistants in Tredegar (NP22) and surrounding areas. Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Tredegar (NP22)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay: £12.82 per hour
Start Date: 20th May 2024
Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants, providing support to local primary schools in Tredegar. Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist students in the classroom with basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Provide an engaging and nurturing environment to support children's social and emotional development.
Collaborate with other staff members and contribute to the daily operations of the school.
Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking punctual, professional individuals with a genuine passion for working with children. At Teaching Personnel, we offer opportunities for career progression, including training such as Cover Supervisor courses.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Right to work in the UK (Passport or Birth Certificate)
Valid proof of address (Driving License, utility bill, or bank statement)
Valid referee details (Character references accepted if no prior work experience)
Child-only DBS (we can assist in obtaining this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
