DSI, a premier Dallas-based sales enablement and custom business solutions company, founded in 1984 and family-owned and run, has an immediate career opportunity for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and maintaining marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization.
This role will report to our Richardson, Texas office.

Responsibilities
Implement content distribution to maximize reach and engagement across various channels
Utilize analytics tools to track and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns; provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to recommend, modify, and shepherd existing partner marketing content for digital/social media platforms, and traditional marketing vehicles (print, events, merch, and radio/TV) for DSI dealers and partner services
Manage marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including DSI’s corporate website, and social media channels - ensuring brand compliance and consistency
Develop a social media content calendar and publish social media content
Assist with the company’s internal/external merchandise efforts (shirts, mugs, vacation gifts to employees/vendors, etc.)
Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in the execution of company offsite meetings, including DSI’s annual National Sales Meeting
Assist the Senior Manager of Marketing in day-to-day marketing tasks
Conduct market research to inform campaigns
Requirements
5+ years’ experience as a B2B marketing manager or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (such as PPC, SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, etc.) and best practices, analytics tools, SEO/SEM
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and marketing software and applications
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Computer Skills
Required: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Adobe Acrobat; strong computer proficiency, web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Highly Preferred: Hootsuite/Sprout Social expertise, TikTok marketing experience (creation and execution of content), conference/event planning, marketing collateral ordering)
