Job Description
Our Credit Union is dedicated to providing our members with exceptional financial services and a personalized banking experience. We believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team can thrive and grow. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Teller to join our dynamic team and support our Financial Services Officer's (FSO) as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional member service by handling transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries.
Assist members with account maintenance and updates, including opening and closing accounts, issuing debit cards, and processing wire transfers.
Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs and goals.
Resolve member issues and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive banking experience.
Balance cash drawer and vault daily, adhering to credit union policies and procedures.
Assist the FSO with various duties, including loan processing, account management, and other financial services tasks as needed.
Mentor and train junior tellers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and high-quality member service.
Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including BSA/AML and OFAC guidelines.
