Up to £50,000 p/annum (Dependent Upon Experience)
Introduction:
An outstanding opportunity has become available to join a global Interior Design studio in their offices in Central London. Our client are highly regarded for their work in the Retail and Hospitality sector, redefining luxury design and undertaking the highest quality in modern, contemporary design. We are seeking a committed and talented Senior Interior Design who is passionate about delivering the highest quality design and would be ideally suited to someone looking to gain international project experience or exposure to luxury Commercial and Hospitality projects. The successful applicant will receive a fantastic salary and benefits package as well as the chance to join one of London’s leading studios.

Office Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Duties:
Lead Interior Design and Interior Architecture for medium and large-scale luxury retail projects from concept to completion
Balance design, technical ability, project management, and efficiency to deliver cohesive interior projects
Manage and mentor a small team, leading them towards project deadlines.
Generate and oversee drawing tender packages
Collaborate with other disciplines such as signage, installation, wayfinding, and branding
Assist the Associate in the design and production of interior or architectural projects, focusing on retail and commercial projects
Requirements:
Degree Qualified in Interior Design or similar field (or Equivalent Qualification)
Proven experience in the luxury Retail or Hospitality sectors
Fully proficient in Rhino or Revit
Proven ability to lead CD, SD & DD package delivery, and manage resources and workload
Background in materials and finishes, with an understanding of their appropriate uses
Background in Tenant Guidelines, FF&E design, scheduling, sourcing, and delivery
A high-quality portfolio of previous work
Excellent communication ability (both written and verbal)
