The Role
As a Site-Based Handyperson you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic maintenance tasks across four floors of the building. This role requires someone who is client-facing and capable of maintaining the site in pristine condition, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Perform light fabric work, re-lamping, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
* Ensure the appearance of the site is maintained
* Report to the Site Supervisor and collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Log jobs on the system and work using a tablet.
* Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Working Hours
* Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a handyman or maintenance role.
* Strong client-facing skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
* Ability to perform light fabric work, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
