Payroll Specialist

Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist/Sole PM to manage a monthly payroll.
Must have experience with Tronc payments - don;t apply unless you meet this.

Duties include

Payroll
Run monthly head office salaries for 150 employees
Run the payroll for our hourly paid site staff (c1300 employees) which is completed on a 4-4-5 weekly basis
Manage all relevant HMRC and pension submissions
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Prepare quarterly calculations to check we are compliant with national living wage
Tronc
Administer the Tronc in line with the scheme guidance on a weekly basis
Liases with sites on any queries raised
Keep up to date with any changes in the legislation
Liases with our Tronc advisors and action points from the quarterly audits

Other Ad Hoc tasks
Assist with the month-end close process, including checking of employee expenses and reconciliation of employee credit cards
Provide ad hoc analysis as required
Work closely with the senior payroll manager
