Planning Team Lead

Planning Team Lead (Regional) – Salary up to £35,000 per annum

Our client is a global FM Services contractor who are looking for a Planning Team Lead to cover their Regional accounts to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based out of the clients offices in Reading and is paying a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of the role of the Regional Team Lead:

* Oversee a team of Planners and Contract Administrators on a daily basis, carrying out training as required

* Ensure all PPM’s are scheduled and attended to relevant KPI’s

* All P1 urgent jobs are prioritised and completed within relevant SLA’s

* Ensure all reactive jobs are assigned to the necessary subcontractors and scheduled in accordingly

* Work closely with the planning team and update on any jobs nearing 90 days

* Carry out audits and reports on a daily and monthly basis

Qualifications required for the Regional Team Leader:

* Previous experience in a Team Leader or Management role is essential

* Previous experience within an Planning, FM or Engineering environment is highly desirable

* Previous experience with CAFM or SAP is essential

* Excellent customer service skills, either face to face or in a Contact Centre environment

* The ability to use MS Office packages
