Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirement for this position is a suitable qualification to teach Spanish i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS

The School and Role

ABC Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Spanish Teacher for a full-time position at a reputable secondary school in Sheldon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, making a significant impact on students' learning and development. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with national curriculum standards
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
Support students' individual learning needs and promote their academic progress
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies

Requirements

The successful Spanish Teacher will have;

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching Spanish at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching languages
Excellent classroom management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students
Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
