Sterling Personnel are currently working alongside an eCommerce fulfilment service based in Crewe (CW1).
Job Role: Customer Service Assistant/Operational support
Location: Crewe, CW1
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £25k
Role Purpose:
To assist the Customer Services Team in the support of customers queries proactively providing day to day resolutions. In addition, working with the Operations department optimizing business improvements within productivity & resolutions.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to and providing feedback to customers regarding issues raised.
* Providing support to customers on a day to day basis.
* Building relationships with Customers and key contacts
* Investigate and resolve and complaints promptly
* Take ownership of tasks until resolution
* Complete customer requirements in line with company SLA’s
* Record, update and maintain data on CRM system
Experience:
* Have a can-do attitude and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Be a great team player
* A background in customer services is preferable but not essential
* Problem solver with the ability to make logical decisions.
* Microsoft Office skills
