Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services
Outside IR35 6 month initial contract (Likely to be rolling)
Manchester / Hybrid

A UK wide M&E Design Consultancy is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer, with previous Mechanical Building Services experience, to join their growing team in Manchester. Its a great chance to come in and work on a variety of projects across industries such as Health care, MOD, and Educational, with a view to be leading on some of these projects after your first couple months.

Some key experiences and requirements are:

To develop technical specs, designs, drawing production, and technical reports.
Site survey and inspections
Understanding and competency of working across the full RIBA stages (concept to handover)
CDM risk assessments
Be able to work in a team
A good working knowledge of design packages such as Revit, IES and AutoCAD will be hugely beneficial.
