Responsibilities:
* Conduct electrical repairs and installations in social housing properties.
* Ensure all work complies with IEE regulations.
* Perform inspection and testing of electrical systems.
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
* Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of IEE regulations.
* City & Guilds 2360 and 2382 qualifications.
* Inspection and Testing Certificate (2391).
* Strong customer service skills.
* Experience working with a housing company.

* Annual Wage: Starting at £36,000, with potential to earn up to £42,000 OTE.
