With application and sales service responsibility, you will be working as Service Engineer Analytical (m/w/d) and support our customers in the Vienna area and providing on-site and in-house service to customers for both new and existing installations / products.

• Providing on-site customer service:
  • Startups of new systems
  • Servicing, maintaining, calibrating Emerson/Rosemount gas analyzers and systems
  • Commissioning
  • Carrying out repairs
  • Development of solutions for various gas processing systems
  • Testing installations
• Consulting customers on possible applications of our systems that can help with their specific needs and advise about future investments
• Supporting in-house repairs

You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times, adapting quickly to changing conditions and viewing mistakes as opportunities to learn.

You are a positive person who believes collaboration is the key to success, building rapport in an open, friendly, and accepting way.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering
• Experience in the process industry (ideally Chemical / Natural gas)
• Knowledge of Analytical business / GCs (Gas Chromatographs)
• Excellent Computer and electrical skills
• Proficiency in English and German language

• Experience in Software design

We offer an attractive compensation package that matches your qualifications and professional experience. The gross annual salary is based on the metal trade collective agreement (usage group IV). Depending on training and experience, overpayment is possible.
