Head of Product Adventure Travel

Base Salary to £57,000 + Bonuses and Benefits

Fully remotw within the UK

Our client is a well-established adventure travel company who specialise within the polar regions of Antarctica, Patagonia and the Arctic.

Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Head of Product to join our growing to develop innovative new products for their core destinations.

Candidates must have senior product management experience gained within adventure travel and knowledge of the polar regions, this is essential and candidates who do not have this experience will not be considered.

This role is offered on a fully remote basis within the UK

Head of Travel Product Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the product range across the polar regions, including contracting, operations, logistics, training, and regional development.

Working with the marketing producing brochures, web pages and other marketing collateral

Create and deliver detailed itineraries and tour information, setting clear customer expectations.

Secure competitive rates and unique offers with suppliers, maintaining service agreements.

Evaluate sales against targets to gauge product success.

Ensure competitive pricing while maximising profit margins.

Head of Travel Product Experience Required:

Extensive experience in travel product management within adventure travel and the polar regions.

Commercially astute, with the ability to analyse data to make substantiated recommendations to improve commercial performance.

Co-ordinate and deliver operational functions.

Customer service and quality focused.

Skilled in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience in copywriting, proofing, and image selection.

Proven relationship management skills with Destination Management Companies (DMC) and other business partners

Previous experience in Touring required
