Blew & Associates, P.A. is a highly regarded national firm specializing in land surveying, engineering, and environmental services. With an impressive track record spanning over 130 years in the industry, we are currently seeking a talented Accounting Administrator to join our dynamic Accounting team. The position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Fayetteville, AR.
Responsibilities
Process expense reports using SAP Concur software, ensuring all expenses are properly coded and approved.
Follow up with employees to obtain required details/documentation for expense reports.
Update and maintain records of all company expenditures, including company credit cards and employee reimbursements.
Monitor and enforce compliance with the company’s credit card policies and procedures.
Perform light Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor management.
Perform light Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoice generation, payment receipt, and customer reconciliation.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting team, such as data entry, filing, and ad hoc reporting.
Conducting periodic audits of all receipts to ensure accounting accuracy.
Requirements
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Experience with SAP, Quickbooks, or similar accounting software is a plus.
Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles.
Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Capability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
