When companies want to win work, they have to go through a process to award the work to a specific company. There are several steps ensuring that the client gets the right business and companies employ bid teams and divide up the responsibilities. The Pursuit Team are central in the bidding process and it takes a lot of skill to ensure high quality bids are produced.

What is an EMEA Pursuit Executive?

EMEA relates to the work region that this team operates in. In this instance it’s Europe, The Middle East and Africa. A Pursuit Executive, often described as a Bid Coordinator are an integral part of the bidding and BD team.

What will i be doing?

Fairbank People (that’s us) have a comprehensive job profile, which goes into all the details; but in summary, your role is to support the team, collating information, writing, project managing, offering ideas and strategy, driving bids over the line ensuring that you win. Nothing beats the feeling of winning bids!
