Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Builder to join our clients dynamic team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general building tasks including bricklaying, plumbing, slabbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
* Ensure all work complies with building regulations and health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with other construction professionals and subcontractors.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a General Builder or similar role.
* Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good physical condition and stamina.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid clean UK driving license
Requirements:
* Non Smoker
* Security clearence
* Drug test
