We are partnering with a leading developer and provider of innovative products and services for the automotive industry.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive business objectives and strategies by meticulously adhering to project processes, while providing guidance and support to your team.

Senior Project Manager's Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication on project status and requirements.

* Support program management by overseeing multiple projects.

* Align projects with strategic business objectives and establish SMART goals in collaboration with project managers.

* Mentor and coach project managers, fostering their professional development.

* Motivate project teams to achieve milestones.

* Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget estimation, scoping, and scheduling.

* Coordinate internal and external resources for project delivery.

* Lead project review meetings with stakeholders at various levels.

* Assist in managing engineering change processes and support financial reporting.

* Identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Support the development of new project proposals.

* Manage and update the project team's SharePoint platform.

* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.

Senior Project Manager's Additional Responsibilities:

* Always ensure compliance with Health and Safety at work regulations.

* Carry out all tasks in a safe and controlled manner, adhering to quality requirements.

* Consistently comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and act as a role model for others on site.

* Understand product safety and customer-specific requirements, and help ensure they are always met.

Senior Project Manager's Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.

* Project management qualification is desirable but not essential.

* Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

* Experience in managing and delivering automotive, industrial, or similar engineering projects.

* Skilled in working with business stakeholders.

* Deep understanding of the full project or product lifecycle.

* Proficient with project management tools, methodologies, and related technologies.

* Demonstrated leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
