Position: Recruitment Consultant
- Location: Yeovil
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Depending on Experience)

Smart Recruitment is expanding our award-winning team in Yeovil to support the growth of our Temporary and Permanent divisions.
The role of Recruitment Consultant is diverse and challenging, but ultimately rewarding. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will:
Develop relationships to sell recruitment services to both candidates and clients.
Proactively attract candidates.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Consult and advise companies on their recruitment plans.
Grow your business through sales activities on the phone and in person.
Attend client meetings, either face-to-face or via video conferencing.
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with previous sales experience, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. If you have a background in sales, we will provide the necessary training.
