£35,000- £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you a confident Salesperson with knowledge the Freight Forwarding industry? Do you enjoy targeting new business and building relationships with your clients?

If you have had enough of being micromanaged and want to focus on winning new business, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Covering the entirety of Northern Ireland, this role offers the ability to plan your day accordingly whilst on the road visiting prospective and current clients. If you're someone who enjoys forming and building new relationships and have experience in selling road transport solutions, you will excel in this role.

As a confident Salesperson you will be comfortable in managing your own diary, pipeline and ensure you are liaising with the operations team when required. A minimum of 12 months experience in the Logistics industry is desired.

What you will be doing:

Mapping your market across Northern Ireland
Growing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
Work closely with the Operations team to deliver smooth implementation of new business.
Managing and updating the sales pipeline and its implications on budgets / forecasts.
Develop & utilise sales leads via phone, email & face to face visits.
Monitor market conditions and development potential.

What you will need:

Direct sales experience within Logistics. Both in terms of new business development and account management.
Competency in Microsoft office, sales lead tools and CRM system.
Understanding of Sales cycle process & the method of "selling a solution".
Experience in selling road transport solutions

What you will receive:

£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Basic Salary + Performance Related Bonuses
OTE £60,000 - £80,000
