About the Role:
This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our global SaaS environment, advanced knowledge of software publishers and licensing governance. A key function of this role will be to manage the daily operational Governance of our SaaS program.
About the Team:
This role is with the IT Asset Management Program Office who are responsible for the input, management, and maintenance of data in the system of record, maintenance, order information, business details and contracts. This Analyst will be supporting the SaaS governance solution spanning Spend, Publisher provisioning and renewals. 
What you will be doing:
Primary focus will be on SaaS/Subscription publishers overseeing and supporting relevant business practices.
Support product rationalization and reviewing spend and ensuring businesses are recharged appropriately.
Supporting the SaaS governance solution spanning Spend, Publisher provisioning and renewals.
Implement standards and governance for SaaS applications, at an enterprise level.
Document and implement an operational process for governance of SaaS applications.
Document and implement operational procedures for realizing the savings identified.
Helps maintain information in the Enterprise IT Software License Management system to ensure purpose and functionality closely aligns with business procedures, directions, and strategies.
Routinely performs risk assessments associated with licensing compliance to ensure all vendor contractual requirements are met.
Provides data analysis for contract renewals and true ups.
Works to reduce overall budget expense by managing licensing effectively.
Provide input to the Software Asset Management life cycle, including analyzing and redesigning Software Asset Management processes, software requests, license pooling/checks, and deployment.
What you will need:
3-5 years of experience of working in Software Asset Management
High level of proficiency and knowledge of software licensing across key publishers.
Finance analysis and budgeting experience pertaining to software.
Publisher renewals costing and budgeting.
SaaS management of publisher deployments and license reconciliation.
Working knowledge of a Software Asset Management tool.
Ability to understand and apply concepts pertaining to software licensing.
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
Experience in implementing process change.
Possess solid organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment.  
Knows and understands business needs and can adapt changing technology to business needs.
Requires a working knowledge of procurement and financial management principles.
Experience supporting a global organization and building inter-departmental relationships.
Skilled use of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and related software applications is required.
Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally.
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
Qualification in Software Asset Management
Supplier relationship experience
Performance Improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Added Bonus if you have:
Experience with Software Asset Management tools like Zylo, Flexera, ServiceNow etc.
Knowledge of FIS Products and Services

The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
