Technical Sales Coordinator

Our client are a UK wide supplier of building products who are seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Coordinator based at their Belfast branch.

Trade counter sales & customer service (NO COLD CALLING OR HARD SELLING)

The successful person will help coordinate the sales process for a range of customers, processing customer orders, providing sales administration and maintaining good communication with customers throughout.

Candidates with experience in the building services trade would be beneficial (M&E, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating)

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 4pm

Working as part of a branch team, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch with duties including the processing of customers orders / enquiries, purchasing stock items as necessary, liaising with other departments for credit control and product availability & delivery coordination, liaising with suppliers for product information / availability & delivery coordination, customer services, general office duties and updating company systems.

You'll also help maximise and further develop business opportunities for different product lines within the sales area in conjunction with your Branch Manager

What we are looking for

Experience in a sales or sales administration
Experience in the HVAC sector or building services is beneficial
Technical ability to read and interpret drawings, data sheets, selection charts and graphs
Excellent communication skills
IT Proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office packages
